Make a Complaint

If you have an issue or problem with anything we provide, find the relevant information below if you need to make a complaint.

If you ever have any problems with our service, we'd encourage you to speak with a member of our team to try sort things out.

If you feel you can not do this, then we ask you to speak to a senior member of staff.

If you are not sure who to speak to, you can email hello@gorsehillstudios.co.uk and we will find the right person to deal with your complaint.

If you make a complaint, Gorse Hill Studios will...

- Reply to your complaint within 7 days

- Have a senior manager look into your complaint

- Send you either a written response with our Chief Executives' decision or meet with you to discuss the decision within 28 days

If we can't do this in time, we will let you know and tell you why. If you're still not happy, tell us and we will try and sort it out.
