Join us for our fun mindfulness activities 16:00-16:45 and yoga movement 16:45-17:15 for young people aged 7-11's. Our Monday Mindfulness and yoga classes at Gorse Hill Studios provide a safe space for children to take part in yoga and mindfulness, so they can learn how to look after their own wellbeing, both emotionally and physically. Children who take part can develop skills to build confidence, manage their anxiety and day to day stress at home and at school. No experience needed, beginners welcome. Yoga mats will be provided. Please let us know any injuries or access needs so we can accommodate appropriately. This class is a 45 minute mindfulness session and 30 minute session of yoga stretches and breathing techniques.
